Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your Pro-Owner access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Almost nothing is deleted. Extra properties, photos, and translations remain intact — you just can't add new ones until you're back within Free limits. The one exception is files shared in messages: these are stored for 30 days on the Free plan, so any files uploaded while on Pro will be permanently deleted 30 days after downgrading.

What is a Founding Owner?

The first 50 owners who subscribe lock in a reduced price for life. The Founding Owner badge stays on your account permanently.

Will you ever charge fees on bookings?

No. PrivateStay is subscription-only. The mission is to give owners a private booking tool with no platform taking a cut.
